Palmetto’s Catering and Events specializes in rustic-style wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, corporate retreats, and family reunions at their event center in Pendleton, SC or at offsite venues across the Upstate of South Carolina and Northeast Georgia. Our unique catering style is perfect for today’s popular barn and gown extravaganzas. Our seasoned professional attendants will carve smoked beef brisket and pull pork butts for you and your guests at carving stations and provide delicious, affordable buffet meals filled with your favorite southern style selections. We offer a variety of menu selections including Southern Style, Mediterranean Fare, Taco or Fajita Bar, Pasta Bar, Low Country Style, etc.  

Prefer appetizer stations…no problem! We excel at creating beautiful and tasty hors d’oeuvres showcasing the newest display techniques. 

Looking for an Outdoor Presentation?  Our large format smoker/trailer called “The Pig Rig” holds up to 4 whole hogs for larger events where our staff will smoke and pull whole pigs, pork butts, briskets, half chickens, corn on the cob at your location or at our event center.  The Pig Rig also has a 4’ gas grill for grilling hamburgers and hot dogs, shish kabobs, grilled oysters, and more.  We can also steam oysters or cook Low Country Boil onsite in our large-format professional steamer … all creating an unforgettable, interactive atmosphere for your special event. Once a menu and/or presentation style is decided, we will offer a tasting for you to ensure you are delighted with your selection.
